Engelberg Brunni

Brunni is home to two fantastic areas: Globi's Winterland in the valley (Klostermatte) and the Yeti Park at the Ristis middle station. Klostermatte is the perfect starting point, it has a very nice first time on ski magic carpet, with ample of space.

There are two additional consequctive magic carpets for children to practice their skills for later stages. There are even a t-bar and a button-lift that leads to a gentle blue run. Once children are comfortable, the Yeti Park at Ristis offers higher altitude skiing with gentle blue slopes like the "Schonegg" run to build more confidence.

Brunni offers great value passes for using the magic carpets and t-bars in the valley and after the first gondula section at Ristis. Klostermatte has its own affordable ticket options, and children under 3 ski for free when using the main facilities with an adult.

The Berglodge Ristis is right next to the Yeti Park and features a large sun terrace and a dedicated children's corner. In the valley, the family-friendly Ox Family Restaurant is located right at Klostermatte. When we were there Globi made a visit, which was a definite highlight for our kids.

There's a fantastic 2.5km sledding run from Ristis down to Engelberg. You can also enjoy the Globi's Alpine Slide and beautiful winter walking paths.

Located in Engelberg, Obwalden. Easily accessible by car with ample parking at the valley station (Parkplatz Klostermatte). You can also arive by publictransportation there is a sports bus from the Engelberg Trainstation to the valley station.
